Order & Shipping Info

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed using 3 Day or Next Day shipping are given proirity and are shipped the same day if possible. If you are using this method, please contact us before placing your order to determine product availability. You will recieve an order confirmation, along with the UPS tracking number when you order is processed for shipment. If you do not recieve this, please verify that you sent us the correct e-mail address as this will freeze the order process. If an item is out of stock, we will email you an estimated shipping date. If this estimated shipping date changes, you will be notified via e-mail. If you wish to cancel the back-ordered item, you must do so before it is processed for shipment. Backorders that are part of an original order will be shipped to you freight-free. Sorry, we do not process international orders at this time.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders over $70 that ship via UPS Ground within the continental US. If your order is under $70, the shipping charge will depend on your order total and the state to which it is shipping. We ship most orders via UPS, but reserve the right to ship via US Mail if the address is heavily surcharged by UPS. At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
UPS Saturday delivery is an additional $10 per box and must be clearly requested in the comments section of the shopping cart. There are select rural locations that are excluded from this service. We will notify you if this applies to your shipping location.
PLEASE NOTE: If UPS makes three attempts to deliver the package and you are not there to accept it, they will return to us and you will be responsible for the inbound shipping charge. Additionally, you will charged for the outbound shipping charge we incurred in trying to make the shipment. These two charges will be subtracted from the credited amount and you will need to reorder.



RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, please e-mail or call us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and we will issue a return authorization number to you. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will credit the account by which you paid, less a 30% restocking charge. This charge is, in part, to offset outgoing shipping expenses. You are responsibe for return shipping charges. Please do not send back any merchandise without this number, as it may be refused by our receiving department. Returns are to be sent to the following:

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING SHELF LIFE: All products are shipped with no less than 6 months shelf life remaining. All Lavazza, Big Train and Mighty Leaf products have date of expiration. Global Bean coffees are labeled with their roast date and have a shelf life of 6 months. All Harney & Sons products have a manufactured date and are good for 2 years. Most of our shipments will be made with over 80% shelf life remaining, but if you have a specific requirement please email or call us with your request. If you wish to return a shipment that meets these requirements but is not to your liking, you will be resposible for restocking and shipping charges.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please e-mail or call us within 7 days of receipt. We will process all claims with UPS and arrange for them to pick up the damaged shipment at no cost to you, but you must sing for the package and note the damages to the driver or we may not be able to get a claim processed. We will then reship your order freight-free or credit the account by which you paid. Please do not send back any merchandise without this number, as it may be refused by our receiving department.

SALES TAX

New Hampshire does not have a sales tax.
